the very outset my apologies to you as well as to Respected Zutshi Sahab for
intervention. That too when both the parties are childhood and college friends
and also related to each other .Mr. Zutshi is a highly connected political
activist of DEMOCRATIC PARTY with access to HILLARYS.

Respected
Parimoo Sahab, you are well aware of SOS Children’s villages of India under the
leadership of Respected Late Sh. J N Kaul, was giving financial assistance to
migrant children living in different camps. The financial assistance was given
for buying books, notebooks and other stationary items. The assistance
amounting Rs. 2500.00 ( Two Thousand Five hundred only ) was given in the
form of cheques. The students would be identified jointly by SOS and respective
Principals of the migrant schools. The functions were held in the leading
auditorium of Jammu in presence of State Govt. VIPS. in which you also
participated. More than 1200 students were given the benefit of this financial
assistance. All the finances were funded by SOS. Sh. Kaul , felt that
this amount was insufficient. He asked to write a letter to Sh. Jeevan
Zutshi —– the then KOA President. Mr . Zutshi replied with some
riders —— During the function KOA should be prominently displayed at the
background, the list of students should be sent to KOA etc etc. We
replied by accepting their demands. Till date not a single penny was sent
by KOA. The same fate was met when we approached AIKS Trust. Rumours were doing
rounds those days in migrant camps that KPS from America are sending a lot of
money for the migrants.
The
million Dollar question, who received that money and who were the recipients .I
wish i could say more but the decency does not allow.
For
me it is a closed chapter why open the Pandora’s box or the cupboards for the
skeletons to fall. MUCH WATER HAS FLOWN DOWN THE TAWI & HUDSON RIVER .
